A Bit About Therapy
A focus on "better"
No person is an island. I approach therapy from the understanding that people's struggles are often related to the world around them. With that consideration, I approach every problem and solution with an understanding that small changes in an individual may lead to large changes in a relationship. My work is transparent and we will discuss the possible outcomes of each change we consider.

I work with older adolescents, adults and relationships, however they are structured.
